US Men's Team Beats Chile 4-2

The U.S. men's national team defeated Chile 4-2 in St. Louis, with Mathis Albert becoming the youngest scorer in program history.

Three days after beating Peru 4-1, the Americans overcame a stiffer test against Chile. Chris Richards nodded home a Sebastian Berhalter corner, while teenage striker Julian Hall scored the equalizer after Chile took the lead. Berhalter also scored, following a setup by Sergiño Dest.

Mathis Albert sealed the win in stoppage time, becoming the youngest scorer in USA history at 17 years old. The Stars and Stripes will face Mexico on Saturday in Glendale before closing the FIFA window against Canada next week. mieszalniakolorado.pl
