Newcastle Sign Touré for £43m

Newcastle have confirmed the signing of Hoffenheim winger Bazoumana Touré for a reported £43m. The 20-year-old Côte d'Ivoire international is Eddie Howe's second summer signing, following goalkeeper Ewen Jaouen.
