Browns GM Praises Jared Verse After Myles Garrett Trade

The Cleveland Browns traded superstar defensive end Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams in a blockbuster deal, acquiring multiple future draft picks and linebacker Jared Verse.

The Cleveland Browns traded superstar defensive end Myles Garrett, who set the NFL single-season record with 23.0 sacks last season, to the Los Angeles Rams. In return, Cleveland received a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-rounder, a 2029 third-rounder, and third-year linebacker Jared Verse.

Browns general manager Andrew Berry heavily praised Verse, the 2024 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and two-time Pro Bowler. Berry called the standout pass rusher a "perfect DNA match" for Cleveland's attacking front. Verse is coming off a 2025 campaign where he recorded 7.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and 58 combined tackles. milkshakeslot.online
