Jury Selected for Diggs Assault Trial

The seven jurors, comprising six women and one man, were selected at Dedham District Court for a trial that the judge says could last "two or three days." Diggs has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from an alleged incident at his Dedham home on Dec. 2, 2025, where prosecutors say he struck his former private chef during a dispute over unpaid wages.

The woman claims Diggs placed her in a chokehold and threw her onto a bed. Text messages showing arguments over money have been obtained.
