Carles Gil scored on a penalty kick in stoppage time to secure a 1-0 victory for New England over Charlotte FC on Saturday.

Gil converted the penalty after a foul on Charlotte defender Morrison Agyemang, extending the Revolution's unbeaten streak to six games.
