Panthers Eye Klubnik as QB Depth

ESPN reports Carolina Panthers may select Clemson's Cade Klubnik in the sixth round to provide quarterback depth behind starter Bryce Young.

According to ESPN's Ben Solak, the Panthers could target Klubnik with the 200th overall pick. The former 5-star recruit has a strong arm and solid mechanics, particularly excelling on deep throws and plays that take linebackers by surprise.

While Klubnik has struggled with timing and anticipation, coach Dave Canales has a history of improving quarterbacks' decision-making. The Panthers need backup QB depth after trading Andy Dalton, with Kenny Pickett currently as the only other QB on the roster.
