Sami Pajari Leads After Ogier Crash

Toyota's Sami Pajari takes command of Rally Finland with a 46.6s advantage after reigning champion Sébastien Ogier crashed from the lead.

Reigning world champion Ogier and co-driver Julien Ingrassia were 20.9s clear when their Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 car fired off the road at speed in stage 17. The car rolled several times towards trees, forcing them out of the rally.

The crash allowed Pajari to take control of the event as he seeks his first WRC victory. syntagm.co.za
